Working with Execution Associates
A clear way to get the work done.
The engagement should fit the outcome, the uncertainty, and the amount of continuing work. We work through defined projects and retainers, with selective startup partnership conversations where there is a strong fit.
Defined projects
Use a project when there is a bounded outcome: an integration, reporting system, client portal, product release, or another deliverable we can scope together.
We agree the requirements, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, delivery stages, and how changes are handled. If important questions remain unresolved, the first scope can be a focused discovery or technical assessment.
Retained technical delivery
Use a retainer when priorities continue or span several disciplines. We agree capacity, a working cadence, and who owns the next decisions and delivery.
A proposal makes clear what is included, what can move in parallel, and how support, maintenance, outside services, and handoff are treated.
Selective startup partnerships
For the right startup opportunity, we are open to discussing equity or a combination of cash and equity. We look at traction, founder commitment, technical fit, and the contribution needed.
These are selective arrangements. Paid projects and retainers remain the normal starting point.
What determines the price
- The outcome and how well the scope is understood.
- The current state of the product, data, and integrations.
- Delivery capacity, timeline, and responsibilities.
- Access requirements, reliability, and ongoing operation.
- Third-party services, maintenance, and support commitments.
Come with the current reality
You do not need a polished brief. Show us what you have, what keeps getting stuck, and what needs to change. We can work out whether the right first step is an assessment, a defined build, or ongoing delivery.
Bring the goal and the current reality.
We will help shape a scope you can assess.
